Personal Coaching, with both Coach Cody and Kathy, is intended for the athlete looking for more support, progress review, and accountability over our Group Coaching and training plan options. Your schedule, your ability, your races; these are just a few of the considerations around designing your personal training program. Frequent communication and workout review is also a necessity to making the most out of your training time and seeing the results you desire. Not to mention the accountability you gain by knowing your coach will be tracking your progress and responding to your log entries, as well as being there for you when questions and concerns arise.
With ‘remote’ athletes (athletes outside the Denver area), Coach Cody & Kathy assess the athletes proficiencies in six key components of fitness development via a lengthy questionnaire. These six components include aerobic conditioning, strength & stability, skill proficiency, optimal nutrition, recovery strategies, and mental capacity. By Identifying and addressing potential weaknesses in an athlete’s “fitness profile” we are able to design a program specifically for you and you alone. With all of the critical areas of fitness addressed you will see maximum results in less time and reach your goals. Bad ass!

Our Personal Coaching option for the Denver-based athlete includes all of the features of our Personal Coaching PLUS the addition of full access to our training facility in Lakewood, Colorado.
Our “local” athletes meet face to face with Coach Cody and/or Kathy for their “fitness profile” assessment and evaluation of our six components: aerobic conditioning, strength & stability, skill proficiency, optimal nutrition, recovery strategies, and mental capacity. From here your complete training program is created, delivered and executed.
In addition to the Personal Coaching, we integrate training at our facility throughout the year as frequent as possible to allow for maximum “hands on” coaching as possible in our coach-led training sessions. These sessions can include strength & stability training, conditioning classes, indoor power-based cycling sessions, and run sessions, all at no extra charge. The more sessions you can attend the more face-time you get with your coach and the more personal feedback you’ll receive. Total Radness!
