Here’s how it works… Meet with Coach Cody to discuss your goals, schedule and recent training/fitness level. With the gathered information Coach Cody hand-crafts your detailed training program for you to follow on your own until your next meeting. The program is built around your life schedule, your racing goals, and your level of fitness. You can choose as frequent a programming as every 4 weeks to keep things dialed in and up to date with your schedule, or as infrequent as 12 weeks to maximize your budget and minimize your spending, or anywhere in between to fit your personal needs.

WHO ARE CUSTOM PLANS FOR?

Our Custom Training Plans are intended to bridge the gap between our top-tier Personal Coaching program and our budget minded Group Coaching  program.

Do you want your training plan designed specifically for you? Custom Plans are just that. Your races, your schedule, your fitness level, your plan built around those important details.

Are you motivated? Can you hold yourself accountable to get your workouts in? Can you give yourself the feedback you want on your workouts? Are you comfortable adjusting your own plan when ‘life’ gets in the way? If you answered yes on those questions, then you’re good to go, as those are the biggies you’re giving up by going sans coach.

WHAT IF I HAVE QUESTIONS AS WE GO?

A lot of the big questions are covered in our ‘pre-programming’ consultations and in the program delivery email that you receive with each new plan. If/when questions arise as you follow the plan you can simply contact Coach Cody via email to get your questions answered.

WHAT IF SOMETHING COMES UP MID-PLAN AND I NEED TO ALTER THE PLAN?

Life happens and plans can definitely change. In these cases, it is up to you to make the changes to your plan. You can however email Coach Cody for advice on what to do. If you anticipate frequent ‘life interference’ along the way, you should consider our Personal Coaching program so your coach can stay on top of things for you.

HOW DO I DECIDE ON THE LENGTH OF PLAN I NEED?

This comes down to how frequently you want to ‘touch base’ and review your program as you go. We can craft your program between 4 and 12 weeks in length. Prior to each plan being developed you meet with Coach Cody to discuss your goals, schedule and fitness/progress being made. It’s your choice: more consultation and up to date programming versus fewer consultations and less expense. Still not exactly sure what is best for you? We can suggest a plan length based on the time of year and what phase of training your plan is being created for.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

Each pre-programming consultation is $60. Then the plan itself is $20 per week. Let’s say you’re fit and experienced and simply want an 8 week plan to get you ready for your upcoming half-ironman… You’re looking at $220 ($60 consult + $160 (8 weeks x $20) = $220). Done. No other fees and you get your training on track. Or maybe you want a full year of training leading up to an Ironman and want frequent consults and programming so you opt for programming every 4 weeks… You’re looking at $60 + $80 (4 weeks x $20) = $140 every 4 weeks to get you race ready. It’s your call anywhere between 4 and 12 weeks.
