Endurance Performance Coaching, based in Denver, Colorado is focused on helping amateur endurance athletes of all disciplines reach their goals. Cody Waite founded the company in 2004 after completing his stint as a full-time professional cyclist. During his young career he he was coached and mentored by renowned cycling coach Arnie Baker, M.D. of San Diego where Cody spent his winter months training. Arnie Baker’s teachings inspired Cody to follow his passion of getting the most performance out of the body through smart, efficient training. Over the last several years, EPC has assisted numerous cyclists and multi-sport athletes improve their performance and enjoy their sports.
