Through the need for a place to service our athletes, we transformed our garage into a high-tech training facility including a Life Fitness® treadmill, Computrainer® cycling ergometer, and an Endless Pool® swimming pool. Equipped with lactate threshold testing equipment, video equipment, software for analyzing specific movements, and other necessary tools of the trade, we have created a full-service laboratory for endurance training! Pretty sweet.

You don’t need to be an EPC athlete to gain access however, Team Adrenalin members and EPC Coaching athletes gain discounted access to the services offered.
