Weather is supposedly coming in and Saturday is looking like the better day. So… Sunday bike is moved to Saturday (there are two options available that day for rides), and the Saturday run is moved to Sunday. Swims available both days… Green Mtn masters before the bike on Saturday and Carmody Long Course on Sunday after the run. Log-in and check it out for yourselves. It’s training time!
